DealRaid is a game discovery and price tracking platform. We aggregate data from third-party APIs (RAWG and CheapShark) to provide information about games, ratings, and deals.
03. Third-Party Data & Links
Our Platform displays content from third parties. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this data (including prices and availability). Links to external stores (Steam, GOG, Epic, etc.) are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for the content or transactions on those sites.
04. User Accounts
Users can log in via Google. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate our terms or engage in malicious activity.
05. Intellectual Property
All game titles, images, and trademarks displayed on the Platform are the property of their respective owners. DealRaid is an independent platform and is not affiliated with any game publisher or store.
06. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided "as is" without any warranties. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
07. Limitation of Liability
DealRaid shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Platform.
